Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Instadukan platform and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms.
1. Purchases from Merchants
Instadukan is a technology platform. The contract of sale for any product or service is formed directly between you and the Merchant operating the storefront — the Merchant is the seller of record and is responsible for delivery, quality, returns and refunds. Instadukan onboards sellers with care to keep refund requests to a minimum, but it does not itself sell, stock or deliver Merchant products.
- Cancellation, return and refund terms for an order are set by the Merchant and shown on the Merchant's storefront. Please review them before ordering.
- Goods and services purchased through the Platform (or one of its associated storefronts and custom domains) that have been delivered as describedare not eligible for a refund, unless the Merchant's own policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
- A refund is applicable where a purchased product or service is not delivered, or where an accepted order is cancelled before fulfilment. Refunds are processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
2. Raising a Dispute
Raise any refund request with the Merchant first, using the contact details on their storefront. If you cannot resolve the matter with the Merchant — or your order was paid for and never delivered — write to [email protected] with your order details. We will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and may facilitate communication between you and the Merchant, though the commercial resolution remains between the parties to the sale.
3. Platform Subscription & Fees
Subscription fees and other charges paid to Instadukan for use of the Platform are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks for goods or services duly received are treated as a breach of our Terms of Service.
4. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when the updated policy is posted on this page, and we advise you to review it periodically.
